We strive to keep our prices competitive with other online clothing retailers and because of this we must implement certain terms and condition for our customers shopping at TheDenimExchange.com.

Return Policy

By purchasing items through our website TheDenimExchange.com you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of our retrun policy.  Please read the return policy in full before completing the transaction.  

The Denim Exchange has a hassle free return policy. You can return an item for any reason. Size may vary a from brand to brand and sometimes from batch to batch within a specific brand.  If you have questions about sizes or measurements please don’t hesitate to e-mail us. We will send you the exact measurements of the item you are purchasing.  Items must be returned within 14 days. A restocking fee will be charged for all returned shoes boots and jackets equal to the original outboud shipping cost.  Returned items are the buyers responsibility until The Denim Exchange accepts deliver of the returned item.  Delivery Confirmation is required for return shipments. Insurance is suggested if a return shipments is lost in transit no refund will be issued.  All items must be  returned in their original condition. Original Condition means clothing with tags still attached. In the original packaging or original box. 

Payments

We gladly accept Major Creidt Cards Debit Cards.  All payments must be received in full for items purchased on TheDenimExchange.com before we are to ship any and all items.
